This means that the Society decides what personal data is collected and for what purpose, and is responsible for ensuring that its systems, processes and the persons acting on its behalf comply with data protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For any question about this section or about your personal data, contact office@scl-serbia.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you apply for membership or are a member.<\/strong> Your name, email address, telephone number and address; the name of your employer or firm; professional information such as your position, primary role, occupation and areas of interest; and your degrees, qualifications and current involvement in construction law, which are used only to assess your membership application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you register for an event.<\/strong> Your name, contact details, organisation and position, and the details of your registration and payment. If you register anyone other than yourself, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their data and that they have been informed of this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you pay by card.<\/strong> Payment card data (card number, expiry date and CVC\/CVV security code) are entered directly into the bank’s system. Members choose which information in their profile is shown and to whom. Legal basis: consent, given through the member’s profile settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To register participants and process payments.<\/strong> Processing registrations, payments and event administration. Legal basis: performance of a contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To organise events.<\/strong> Providing participant data to the venues that host Society events, used only to manage the event, and publishing a list of participants for certain events. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Society in organising its events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To send event announcements to non-members.<\/strong> Where you have asked to be kept informed.
