WELCOME!
The Society of Construction Law Serbia was founded in 2024 and aims to promote education, study and research in the field of construction law and related subjects in Serbia and abroad for the benefit of the public and the construction industry.
The Society was accepted as a member of the Society of Construction Law International in April 2025, and became a member of the European Society of Construction Law in September 2025. It now has over 190 members drawn from across the construction industry: engineers, lawyers, contractors, developers, arbitrators and experts.
SCL Serbia holds regular lectures and networking events in Belgrade and beyond, with summaries and photographs from past events available on the site, and publishes papers given to the Society. In 2025 it published the Serbian translation of the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol.
In 2027, SCL Serbia will host the 12th International Society of Construction Law Conference in Belgrade.
