Our Society encourages all members to actively contribute to the development of the field of construction law by submitting original papers. We welcome contributions that present legal research, case studies, interpretations of regulations, comparative analyses, practical experiences, or critical reviews related to construction law.

Submitted papers may be published on the Society’s website, included in future publications, or presented at events such as lectures and webinars.
