CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order will not be confirmed (event places not secured, membership not confirmed, etc.) until payment has been successfully received.
SERVICE DELIVERY
The services provided by the Society relate to fees for professional lectures and regional conferences. No physical delivery of goods is performed.
Access to events is confirmed electronically after successful payment, no later than 48 hours before the event takes place. The Society reserves the right to limit the number of participants in accordance with venue capacity.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in protected (encrypted) form. At no point are payment card details available to the Society. Payment card data (card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV security code) are never stored, processed, or accessible within the Society’s systems. These data are entered directly into the bank’s system via a secure connection (SSL/TLS).
